At Hellfire BBQ, we believe in doing things the right way—the low and slow way. Our massive 2-tonne reverse flow smoker works its magic, delivering fall-apart pulled pork, flame-kissed brisket, and legendary burgers that keep BBQ lovers coming back for more.

Founded by pitmaster and head chef Will Shaw, Hellfire BBQ is all about bold flavours, big portions, and serious smoke. Whether you're a devoted BBQ enthusiast or just craving the best, we're bringing the heat and serving up mouthwatering meats to those who appreciate real, smoky goodness.
